Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Shipping Options
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process

Refund Information

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
